Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Anchored, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our App.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Anchored for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited activities include:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using materials for commercial purposes
• Attempting reverse engineering of App software
• Removing copyright or proprietary notations
• Transferring materials to others or mirroring on other servers

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Users are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality, all account activities, and reporting unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to employ Anchored to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, engage in automated system use, harass others, or impersonate Royal Nation LLC.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled, with cancellation required 24 hours before renewal. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods. The company reserves modification rights for fees with 30-day notice.

Anchored Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: Yearly ($69.99/year), Monthly ($12.99/month), or Weekly ($5.99/week). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Royal Nation LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The provider disclaims responsibility for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from App usage.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Governing Law

These provisions follow Texas state law without conflict provisions application.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
